Often, yes. Bring the ticket or its booking reference. We ask the airline for the change fee and any fare difference, tell you both, and reissue the ticket once you agree.
No. Most bookings are done on WhatsApp: send a copy of your passport and your dates, and we send the ticket back. Visas that need your original passport are the exception.
It depends on the country. Some are issued online within a few days; embassy visas can take several weeks. We tell you the usual time before you apply, so the flight can be booked with room to spare.
International flights leave from Bandaranaike International Airport (CMB) at Katunayake, near Colombo. We choose flight times that leave you enough time for the road from Kinniya.
