How a booking works
When you message us with where you want to go, your dates and a copy of your passport, we check the fares on every airline we ticket and send you the options with their prices.
Once you choose, we issue the ticket, apply for any visa you need and book the hotel, so the dates on every paper match.
Before you fly, you get the e-ticket, the visa and the hotel voucher on WhatsApp and on paper, and we reconfirm the flight. If your plans change, we change the date.
